Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Prices shown include 10% GST for Australian customers.

Licensing
When you buy a mockup from Serial Supply, you're granted a standard licence to use it in your own work. Here's the plain-English version.
You can
- Use the mockup for unlimited personal and commercial projects
- Showcase client work, campaign proposals and portfolio pieces
- Edit, retouch and composite the files however you like
- Use the mockup for paid client work across any number of projects
You can't
- Resell, redistribute or share the raw .PSD files with anyone outside your organisation
- Include the files in templates, stock packs or asset marketplaces
- Use the mockups to train generative AI models
- Claim authorship of the underlying mockup photography
Extended use
Need the mockup for a mass-produced product (printed packaging, on-sold templates, etc.) or an exclusive licence? Get in touch via the Contact tab for extended terms.

Privacy policy
This policy explains how Serial Supply collects, uses and protects your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email address and billing details when you make a purchase.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
- Usage data: anonymous analytics (pages viewed, referrer, broad location) to help us understand what's working on the site.
How we use it
- To process your order and deliver your download
- To send you a receipt and respond to any support queries
- To improve the store based on aggregate usage patterns
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

- Stripe — payment processing (see Stripe's privacy policy)
- Cloudflare — hosting, file delivery and security
Your rights
Under Australian law you can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email and we'll action it within 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe we've mishandled your personal information, contact us first. If you're not satisfied with our response you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Terms of service
By using Serial Supply (serial.supply) and purchasing any product, you agree to these terms. They're governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
1. The products
Serial Supply sells digital mockup files (.PSD). All products are delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped.
2. Your licence
On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the mockup in accordance with the Licensing terms. You do not own the mockup itself — you own a licence to use it.
3. Payment and GST
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your order is complete when payment has cleared and the download link has been issued.
4. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If a file is faulty, corrupted, or materially differs from what was advertised, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell the files, share them publicly, or use them in ways that would bring Serial Supply or depicted third parties into disrepute. See the Licensing tab for the full list.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the store and downloads online at all times but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to remove products from sale at any time.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serial Supply's total liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and purchases made under a previous version remain governed by that version.
